It actually all started when I got Syrah! She has grown into such a great dog that I wanted to have a litter with her. Unfortunately Syrah didn't have a pedigree, but here in Belgium there is something like a rish: a kind of astarters pedigree! After a few shows and help from a breeder friend, we managed to get 2x Very Good at show and we could request our Rish. After this, Syrah had to undergo a number of official tests such as hips and eyes. After that we did the DNA tests and it turned out that she was a carrier of CEA, so it was important to find a free male. Thismale soon came my way his name was Toto. He is very eager to work and, just like Syrah, fully approved in terms of health tests. Together they got the first litter under my kennel name "From Syrah's Faith". A litter that has made a dream come true!
now i have 2 offspring of syrah who continue the line Nyssa and Lilly!
Hopefully I can in the future use them to contribute to the great breed, the Border Collie
